“Being Your Higher Self”
Hello, I am writing to let you know of my new idea for my next one day course.
Inspired by Spirit as always I am offering guidance on how we can learn to reach our higher selves and make many positive changes.
This would be an ideal time to focus on your spiritual growth.
We will be covering topics such as:
Reaching your full potential
How to meditate to the best of your ability
Getting to know your higher self
Finding out what you want from life
How to be happier and more successful
How to live not merely exist!
It's also a chance to meet like minded people.
I have been asked to run this course on two dates being the Tues 14th and Fri 17th of September.
The day will start at 10.30am and finish at 2.30pm allowing for everyone with school aged children to leave in time to collect them.
If you are interested in booking a place, or have any questions, please email stating which day you would prefer.
The cost for the day is £40.
This includes a buffet lunch and all liquid refreshments.
A £10 deposit will secure your place and the rest will be collected on the day.

Spiritual Spring Retreat Fri 4th- Sun 6th March 2011
I am pleased to announce the venue of next year’s Spring Retreat. It will be held at the Marlborough Hotel overlooking the sea front at Felixstowe,
Suffolk IP11 2BJ.
I am responsible for the co-ordination of the event and taking a variety of classes throughout the weekend that will help you on your spiritual path and even to discover your own psychic abilities. We welcome newcomers and look forward to being with like-minded people.
Come and join us on this spiritual development weekend. An opportunity to make new friends too!
There will be guest speakers to enlighten us and add to the occasion.
You will also be offered the opportunity to sample Dawn’s holistic magic as she will play a major part in your well-being this weekend. Personal treatments will be individually priced and can be booked at the pre-retreat meeting, where further information will be given (date to be advised). This provides an opportunity for all your questions to be answered and meet other participants too.
Accommodation is in twin rooms, all with en-suites and sea views. Breakfast and dinner will be included in the price as are tea and cakes during the course of the day.
The cost of the entire package is £185 and a £25 deposit secures your place. The next instalment of £80 will be required by the 1st Oct this year and the final payment of £80 is due by the 1st Feb 2011.

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, and any further costs (if I can’t fill your place) incurred will be your responsibility should you have to pull out for any reason.
Though your safety is of paramount importance to me, I have to remind you that you come at your own risk. Travel to and from the venue is independent.
